Just few days ago, Vogue announced the news about the collaboration between Beyonce and Salma Hayek with the luxury brand Gucci. But now, they announced another great news as the Creative Director of Gucci Frida Giannini has just gave birth to her first baby girl!
According to Vogue UK, the spokesperson from the Italian fashion house confirmed that “both mother and baby are doing well” after Gianni gave birth to her daughter. The baby girl’s name has yet to announced but it is the first child for both Giannini and her husband Patrizio di Marco.
Giannini made her appearance on the Gucci catwalk at the brand’s autumn/winter 2013-14 show a-week-and-half ago before starting her maternity leave the next day. It’s believed that the new mother plans to return to work in time for the menswear shows in June.
