Australia’s coffee capital Melbourne, Victoria is bringing their delicious, caffeinated fix to Malaysia! Thanks to the efforts by Tourism Victoria, coffee specialist St Ali and local Malaysian and Melbourne-inspired cafe Garage 51 have done a special collaboration. Bringing the acclaimed taste of Melbourne coffee to Malaysia, St Ali is setting up private coffee pairing sessions, exclusive workshops, as well as a two day take-over of Garage 51 with St Ali’s expert barista, Matt Perger.
The plan is to bring the unique flair that is within the fabric of Melbourne’s cafe culture to Malaysia. Brothers Choong Kar Wai and Choong Kar Heng, the founders of Société Family which owns CoffeeSociété, Garage 51, Underground Société and Procaffeinating, have stepped up to be Malaysia’s hosts. Their cafes are known to provide exceptional coffee brews and lovely brunches, as well as serving delicious all-day breakfast choices.
Garage 51’s exciting take-over will be happening on the 13th and 14th of June between 11am to 2pm.
