An American man is accused of making child pornography with his own adopted son and his Australian partner. Mark J Newton, 42, and his partner Peter Truong, 36, used a false birth certificate listing Newton as the child’s biological father to adopt a Russian boy to take him to their home in Cairns.
Newton was sentenced to 40 years in an Indiana court, where the videos were found downloaded on a home computer that involved child pornography and sexual exploitation of a minor.
The boy, now eight years of age, had been raped by his father for years and brainwashed into thinking it’s natural. Newton claimed he started sexually abusing his adopted son when he was between the ages of four to six. However, evidence proved that the boy had been raped by his father before he was even 2 years of age.
What’s even worse, the poor child was not only raped by his fathers, but by eight other men too. According to sources, clips of the child’s abuse were discovered on a New Zealand man’s computer when the authorities did some investigation.
The pornography was uploaded on a site called ‘Boys Lovers Network’, a network known to police as a forum for grown pedophile men to describe their sexual abuse with boys between the ages of two and then. The network has over 70,000 members across the world; out of which 670 have been arrested.
Newton pleaded guilty for abusing his son and will face 40 years in prison. His partner has also pleaded guilty, but is still waiting for his sentence. The police refused to disclose the location of the Russian child, but assured that he is safe.
