Not too long ago, Rihanna announced that she was coming up with a makeup line called Fenty Beauty and WE HAVEN’T HAD TIME TO KEEP CALM EVER SINCE!!!
Last week, she teased a bunch of lip glosses with fierce AF names ( i.e.: Chili Mango, Yacht Life) together with a video featuring a diverse group of models. Rih’s shared even more products and diverse ads on Instagram since then.
Another video shows a product she calls “Killawatt” swirling around in trippy pigments of pink and brown. In a video, which she captioned “So International,” shows globs of liquid in two different skin tones. She also shared an illustration by illustrator Lyubomir Dochev that includes four women with different skin tones putting on lip gloss.
“I am so in love with this!” she wrote. “Thank you @ldochev for showing the diversity that @fentybeauty embodies through your art!!! We love you!”
Model Camila Costa was featured in a video for Fenty Beauty saying “You don’t have to be all the same all the time,” a line that seems to capture the spirit of the collection. She also expressed gratitude on her Instagram post of the video that “@Fentybeauty was able to globalize all of kinds of beauty and shades in a campaign” and how sentimental the campaign is for her especially since Rih let Camila’s daughter be on set while Camila does the shoot.
