Some make their own clothes, others sell them at a local community market while a few just graduated from the school of design. But who will be the lucky one who is going to have their line of clothes launched at Marcy’s, H&M and Saks Fifth Avenue? Not quite sure what are we talking about? Tonight, Diva Universal will be premiering a brand new TV series entitled Fashion Star.
Hosted by Elle Macpherson, this is a must-watch TV series as you would be able to witness how the lives of these normal contestants change for the better when they are put to the test. They would have to face various real-world scenarios to determine who has the vision and desire to build a fashion empire to achieve his or her dream.
Throughout their entire journey, they will be guided by well known designer John Varvatos, pop-icon Jessica Simpson and fashionista Nicole Richie. Every week, there would be a new challenge for them as they will have to strive hard enough to further develop and expand their selected designers brand.
This fun, exciting and challenging show will showcase how different designers work to bring their own brands to a national level with the help from their mentors. So lovelies, make a date with your television set and watch the type of determination and confidence these contestants have. Fashion Star will premiere today and will be aired every Monday at 9.30pm on Diva Universal.
