The bazaar motif is meant to inspire thoughts of a true Malaysian icon: the rush and bustle of a bustling night bazaar market.
With a spread of authentic Malay Kerabu salad as your pembuka selera, you’ll be spoiled for choice. We hope you have enough time to try each of the stations as you move through the buffet line. The must-try Rojak Pasembor and Popiah Basah are both Malaysian delicacies and staple foods. Flock’s chefs have created an interesting fusion sushi with a Satay and Rendang Sushi twist.

Chef Haznizam will also cook the Ikan Mayong Assam Pedas, a specialty of his mother’s from Johor. The Sabah Slipper Lobster Roti John, Lok-Lok Stall, a classic Malaysian street delicacy, is not to be missed. Basically, this snack consists of skewered meats and vegetables. Enjoy the chef’s unique Berbiri Panggang Basmati, a Mughal Biryani Rice with a local twist baked with saffron and eggs.
You can’t complete a meal without desserts now, can you?! Chef Kevin Yong, the pastry chef extraordinaire, offers some delicious and delectable dishes produced utilizing local fruits, such as Guava Mousse, Papaya Panna Cotta, and his D24 Durian Cheese Cake, providing the perfect finale to a truly great lunch. He began his career as a Commis in 2007 and went on to represent Malaysia in the 2012 IKA Culinary World Cup Olympic National Team, winning a Silver Medal. During W Kuala Lumpur’s ‘Bazaar Malam,’ Chef Kevin and his colleagues have created a variety of rich and delectable sweets.
