Long live, Pretty Little Liars!
According to the Pretty Little Liars‘ official Facebook page, the PLL series is getting a new spinoff and stars Sasha Pieterse as well as Janel Parrish will be reprising their roles! Freeform has given a pilot order to offshoot Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists, and the project will be based on PLL author Sara Shepard’s popular book series The Perfectionists.
Similarly, the project will be led by PLL writer/executive producer I. Marlene King who rote the pilot, and will be set in the town of Beacon Heights where everything seemed perfect.. until the town’s first murder. Every Perfectionist conceals a secret, a lie and a needed alibi.
Pretty Little Liars remains as cable television’s number one drama series, and is one of the Top 6 most tweeted about scripted cable TV telecasts in history. We’re so excited, especially since familiar faces Alison DiLaurentis (Pieterse) and Mona Vanderwaal (Parrish) will be around!
