You can’t deny that Eminem comes off as a tough guy that would be intimidating to be around, but as it turns out the rapper also has a heart of gold.
The Detroit rapper recently paid a visit to a terminally ill fan, who has been wishing to meet him for the longest time.
The fan, Gage Garmo was diagnosed with a rare type of bone cancer known as osteosarcoma and it was recently told to him that he had only one week left to live.
In an effort to grant his dying wish, Gage’s family and friends tweeted with the hashtag #GetGageGarmoToMeetEminem and it worked.
A few days ago, Eminem took some time off and went to visit his dying fan in Michigan. It turns out that Em lived a mere 20 minutes away.
He also made sure that no paparazzi were involved and that the visit would be more personal than a big deal.
Three days ago, Eminem visited Gage at his home in Michigan, which happens to only be 20 minutes away from where Em resides.
It was said that the rapper spent two hours with Gage, chit-chatting away about all sorts of things.
