The singer posted an Instagram photo documenting her journey with a heartfelt message expressing her gratitude and pride for making it this far, “So grateful. It’s been quite the journey. So many ups and downs,” she wrote alongside a progress tracker.

She continued, “So many times I wanted to relapse but sat on my hands and begged God to relieve the obsession. I’m so proud of myself but I couldn’t have done it without my higher power (God), my family, friends, and everyone else who supported me. Feeling humbled and joyful today. Thank you guys for sticking by my side and believing in me.”
Well, kudos to the star! Demi Lovato who checked into rehab in 2010 for three months after being diagnosed with bipolar disorder, has since been an activist for mental health issues and encourages self-love to her fans through her music. 💕
