After every trip on Uber, you rate your driver and leave comments, which usually happens whenever you have complaints. What you don’t know is that all your Uber drivers have also been giving you ratings as a passenger. Dare find out what your rating is? Now, you can do so!
Similar to how you rate your Uber driver, there is a one through five rating scale that is put in place so that fellow drivers can know what to expect when they pick up certain passengers, and with this, it helps them decide whether to pick up the passenger or not in the first place.
You can’t see your individual rating left by every Uber driver you’ve had, but you can find out your average rating overall. Here’s how:
1. Open your Uber app and click the Profile section on the top left.
2. Select Help and pick Account.
3. Choose “I’d like to know my rating” and agree to “know my rating”.
4. Wait for an email from Uber with a full report!
If you have a bad rating, you’ll probably spend all day thinking about what you did that got your perfect rating marred. :/
