How many times have you tried “nude” coloured clothing and found that it didn’t go with your skin tone at all? Luckily, to put an end to your nude woes, is a radical clothing company named “Nudevotion”. The company is dedicated to put a stop to the monotonous stereotype that “nude” is only one particular shade of light beige, and has shades from all over the spectrum.
Founder, Steve Moscetti, wants to challenge the fashion industry and give today’s modern woman more options regardless of her race. Moscetti states: “Because not everyone’s ‘nude’ is the same, people with skin of any other color were implicitly unable to participate in the trend.” The site features a wide selection of accessories, lingerie, dresses, shoes, and even makeup! All items are available in a variety of neutral shades, so girls of every gorgeous colour can enjoy being decked out in style!
With even high fashion designer Christian Louboutin is participating in this fresh, new movement, by adding a new range of darker colors to their current selection of skin-tone heels, 2015 is looking like it’s going to be the year of “nude”!
