The Council of Fashion Designers of America Awards was held on the 4th of June, and it was an evening to celebrate the best of American fashion. This marks the 50th anniversary of the CFDA.
Some of the biggest names in fashion like, Michael Kors,Diane von Furstenberg and many more attended the event, and the red carpet was filled with celebrities in jaw-dropping gowns. Here are our choices of the Top 10 best dressed of the evening.
1.) Julianne Hough wearing Kaufman Franco. This ‘Footloose’ star is looking effortlessly chic. This is a dress that really brings out her curves, and that definitely is something that attracts us to this look – plus, that deep red shade is amazing.
2.) Stacey Bendet wearing Alice + Olivia. We love a woman who takes risk, and this look is definitely a risk Not so many people can pull off a multi-colored dress, but Stacey shows us how it’s done!
3.) Dakota Fanning wearing Proenza Schouler. This is a girl that has gone miles with not only her acting career, but also in her sense of fashion. We can see how she is transforming into a woman. We love this cheongsam inspired dress – plus the patterns and details are absolutely luring. Dakota gets it spot on!
4.) Zoe Saldana wearing Prabal Gurung. Posing beside the designer himself, Zoe is looking absolutely flawless. We love the way the dress just falls off her and melts onto the floor. We love how simple this dress is, yet so unique.
