Gwen Stefani is a woman we all aim to be like one day. She holds confidence, intelligence and most of all, she shows everyone that you can be who you are without anyones approval.
She was first known as the lead singer of the band, No Doubt, which was the ‘it’ band in the 90’s and until today, their songs have never been forgotten. From 2004 to 2008, the band took a break and Gwen has gone into recording her own solo album to creating her own fashion line and to the most important thing, Gwen has become a mother of two and a wife to rockstar husband, Gavin Rossdale.

1. She hasn’t seen her real hair in years
Gwen Stefani has explored with all kinds of hair styles and hair colours – from blonde to pink to orange and many more. She told PEOPLE, “I haven’t seen my real hair colour since ninth grade!” – that’s pretty interesting. Well, now it seems like she’s settled for her blonde locks – and we do love it on her.
2. She’s a good girl
Gwen Stefani was born and raised as a Catholic, so on her wedding day (she married Gavin Rossdale in 2002) – Gwen carried rosary beads and her grandmother’s Catholic prayer book.
3. No Doubt history
Gwen only became lead singer of No Doubt in 1988. This happened after the band’s original lead, John Spence, committed suicide. The adjustment was pretty big for the band, but Gwen made it in alright. In fact, she brought No Doubt to the next level.
4. Her longest relationship
Gwen Stefani once dated her No Doubt bandmate Tony Kanal for over seven years. Though things didn’t work out – they managed to keep it professional, and still work together until today. Got to give them props for that!
5. Gwen’s love for fashion
Gwen Stefani has always been one to make a difference in fashion. And, in 2004, she created her own fashion line called, L.A.M.B. which stands for “Love. Angel. Music. Baby.” which is the name of the four Harajuku girls. This all happened during the time she started to go solo.
