Marina Bay Sands is pleased to ‘serve up’ a feast for the senses with the inaugural Epicurean Market in January 2013. The three-day gourmet food and wine appreciation event brings together the finest in culinary delights and vintages front he region and beyond. This gathering at Asia’s Dining Destination offers samplings front he restaurants of acclaimed chefs and 80 establishments, with personal appearances by celebrity chefs like Nancy Silverton, Daniel Boulud, Tetsuya Wakuda, Justin Quek and Hide Yamamoto.
Enjoy a stellar line-up of gourmet festivities such as tastings, talks, demonstrations, workshops and master classes, daily. In between those deletable tastings, head to the Beer Garden, or pick-up some gourmet items at the Market Place, while enjoying live bands and roving entertainers.
The Epicurean Market will be spread across three expo halls in Sands Expo and Convention Center, occupying over 12.500 square metres of space, and will showcase the culinary talent of celebrity chef restaurants CUT, db Bistro Moderne, Guy Savoy, Pizzeria and Osteria Mozza, Waku Ghin and Sky on 57. Tenants of The Shoppes at the Marina Bay Sands such as Au Chocolat, Caffé B, Hide Yamamoto, Jin Shan, KU DE TA, Punjab Grill by Jiggs Kalra and Todai, among others, will also be participating in this gastronomical feast for the senses. Over 20 wine distributors will also be taking part in the culinary extravaganza, offering wine from around the world brought in by Alfa International, Wine Culture, Beam Global, Pinacle Wine & Spirits, and more.
