2013 Miss Universe Malaysia Carey Ng has welcomed her first child with restauranteur husband Roen Cian last night at the Pantai Medical Specialist in Bangsar at approximately 10.30pm.
Given the sweet name Shaelyn Rey Cian, the healthy baby girl was born at 3.2kg and as observed on Instagram Stories, Carey seems to be doing well post-delivery too, though she endured 11 hours of labour.

Carey was supposed to be due earlier, but she unfortunately suffered mild complications which required her to carry her baby post term.
The happy couple, who got married in February this year and announced their pregnancy in April, can’t stop gushing about their newborn, and we’re so happy for them!
