German brand, Camel Active, recently released its latest menswear collection for AW 2016/2017 on 25 October 2016 at Bean Brothers, Sunway Damansara. Attendees watched as 40 brawny male models showcase the brand’s latest collection, Crossing Borders. The collection deals with overcoming limitations by changing perspectives – work wear elements blended with sportswear, melting away borders of different styles.
The collection features new, innovative elements and trends that are actively detected in the Camel Active DNA. High quality materials, distinctive style and subtle details reflect the brand values. This season, the Camel Active Menswear’s colour palette is based on dark and earthy shades. Blue and grey hues in different tones are this season’s most prominent colours, accented by strong indigo, red and green hues.
Traditional vintage stripes are used informal on casual roll up sleeve shirts features tailored details, and checks inspired by monochromatic and classic tailoring. The overall trousers range covers hybrid cargos to tonal distressed chinos and jeans fitted for maximum comfort through greater elasticity.
The Heritage Collection has also been modernized in its style, fabrication and application. The collection contains authentic work styles like worker and trucker jackets, blousons worn with cropped chinos as well as worker pants and boots. Traditional vintage shirt stripes are used informally with casual roll up sleeve shirts featuring tailored details and checks inspired by monochromatic and classic tailoring.
The newly launched Denim Collection features urban and young denim designs, fit for those living active lifestyles – fitted shapes, expressive colours and striking treatments stand for the authentic denim looks in the collection. Original indigo yarn is generously used and added in shirts as patterns or graphics for the Denim Collection.
