Smart Power (eSP) is designed for durability, fuel economy, power and torque. Coupled with quiet operation, excellent fuel consumption of 50.2km per litre is provided on the ECE40 Mode test.
The new Idling Stop System also automatically stops the engine when it’s idle after 3 seconds. The systems is also an ACG starter that permits smooth starting, elimination of typical noise and saves fuel up to 7%. Furthermore, the Combine Brake System (CBS) helps achieve smoother and more effective braking.
The PCX uses 14-inch Aluminium Wheels with Tubeless Tyres for stability and safety, and the Side-stand Switch which gets the engine to shut off when the side stand is down. The Tail Light with Separate Winkers, All-in-one Dual Grand Headlight with Position Lamp gives better visibility, and makes the rider more visible to trailing motorists.
The PCX also gives the rider comfort with a Wide Seat with Sit-in Riding Position, a console box to fit personal items, and a 24-litre Extra Large U-Box. The 5.9-litre fuel tank is made extra convenient when refueling with a Pop-up Opening.
