Let’s just say we’ll never get sick of Melaka. There’s the amazing food, rich history, a sand dune, and the best part is that it’s only a short car ride away from the city centre. And by the end of this year, things are going to get even more exciting at Melaka because it’s getting its own theme park and cable car line.
Melaka Chief Minister Datuk Seri Idris Haron had announced that the RM46 million project is called Seven Mini Wonders and the aforementioned 2.5km cable car line will run across the Marina in Pulau Melaka to Klebang, so you’d get pretty sweet views of the Straits of Malacca while on the cable car.
Of course, the theme park is planned in hopes to attract even more tourists to Melaka, and the theme park will also serve as to help boost the state’s image as a family-oriented travel destination. Well, our only hope that this expensive project won’t be a disappointment!
