Eat These Foods For A Healthier And Smoother Looking Appearance

It all starts from within

You know what those people with a natural glistening skin always say, ‘’You are exactly what you eat.’’ Well, they ain’t lying though. Literally the secret to achieve that healthier and smoother looking appearance starts from the food that you choose to consume. And of course, the way you treat people. It all starts from the inside. Those boujee skincare and makeup brands that you own are just basically an addition to it’s all.

So, okay, now that you know all about ‘’inner beauty’’, you might want to be kinder to yourself and others. I’m a big believer of what comes around goes around, and the way you choose to project yourself to the world is often a reflection of feelings that you have within yourselves. So learn to love yourself, look after yourself and just honour the living spirits more—and watch your life change to a better approach.

Anyhow, if you’re currently looking for a healthier alternative those replace all those junk foods, you might want to start with these basic ingredients:

1. Vitamin C

Vitamin C is notoriously one of the main building blocks of collagen. If someone is vegan and can’t take a true collagen supplement, for example, loading up on vitamin C will lead to major skin improvements. Take a liposomal supplement like this for a month straight and notice fine lines soften and overall tone even out.

2. Collagen

Speaking of collagen. This should be a staple in everyone’s diet not just for skin, but for nails, hair, joints, and digestive health, too. When all systems are nourished properly, it’s easier for our skin to glow, but of course, this source of protein has plumping power.

3. Matcha

Green tea is known for its antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial assets, but it also does some other stealthy hero work. The polyphenol catechins inhibit the growth of bacteria and can even prevent sebum overproduction. But wait, that’s not all. It also protects cellular DNA from sun damage, making it another fantastic ally against premature aging.

4. Probiotics

Our skin reflects many of the ways our bodies are under-performing, and the gut is a huge part of this. Digestive issues and malabsorption of vital nutrients will show up on the skin first and foremost, so we want to make sure we are providing our gut with all the tools to metabolize our food and soak up the goodness we work so hard to put into our bodies.

5. Kombucha

Just drop one or two of these tablets in sparkling or still water and your delicious, slow-fermented kombucha is ready in under 10 minutes. The clinically proven probiotics in the tabs will rehydrate your body and boost your gut health. Plus, L-theanine from green tea will give you a calming jolt of energy. Each flavor is gluten-free and contains billions of live probiotics, less than one gram of sugar, and only five calories.
