Before you start, ensure your skin is prepped with face serum and cream.
Step 1: Forehead
Push your knuckles in upward motion, one hand at a time.
Step 2: Eyes
Use the index finger’s knuckles and gently press them onto the eye sockets
Step 3: Cheeks
Push the muscles upward using your knuckles till the apple of your cheeks and hold for 5 seconds
Step 4: Jawlines
Form 2 V’s using index and middle fingers and gently slide upward.
Step 5: Mouth
Use your middle and ring finger to pull your skin around your mouth area up to the corner of your nose.
