The wait is over! Taylor Swift has finally debuted her much-anticipated music video for “Bad Blood”. The clip features a plethora of celebrities, such as the likes of Hailee Steinfeld, Cara Delevingne, Selena Gomez, Ellie Goulding, Hayley Williams, Zendaya, Karlie Kloss and many, many more!
Before the video release, Taylor had been relentless with her teasing, posting tons of exclusive pictures on Twitter of the different characters that were going to be portrayed by the star-studded cast. She even tweeted this juicy tidbit about the video saying, “Fun fact about #BadBloodMusicVideo: Each individual actor/actress chose their character’s name and persona.”
The feisty tagline, “Band-Aids Don’t Fix Bullet Holes”, definitely sets the mood for this revenge anthem. The finished product, directed by Joseph Khan, (who also directed “Blank Space”) is full of sci-fi/futuristic elements, sexy costumes, and bad-a** performances from a variety of famous models, actresses and singers.
There are shots of the girls strutting, kicking butt, and also banding together in an epic finale that features Taylor Swift’s character, Catastrophe, facing off against Selena Gomez’s Arsyn.
