It’s not shocking that the 20-year-old bears more than a slight resemblance to the iconic actress, Audrey Hepburn. The eldest granddaughter of the Breakfast at Tiffany’s actress, Emma Ferrer makes her debut on the September cover of Harper’s Bazaar. The 23-year-old grandson of photographer Richard Avedon, who captured classic shots of Audrey. Michael Avedon is following his grandfather’s footsteps and took a series of Hepburn-inspired looks of Emma Ferrer for Harper’s Bazaar.
“I remember seeing a photo of her jumping on a trampoline—I believe this was before I understood that she was famous,” Ferrer said. “But I remember thinking that she looked like a friend I wish I could have had.”
Later on, Ferrer remarks, “Somehow, seeing her in her youth and brilliance reminded me that I do, in fact, carry her spirit along with me.” We couldn’t agree more.
