27-year-old actress Amanda Bynes was arrested on Thursday after building official s complained that she was rolling a joint and smoking pot in the lobby.
Officers headed to her apartment on the 36th floor where the said heavy smoke was visible and saw a bong sitting on the kitchen counter.
She tossed the water pipe out of the window in front of them. She then said to the police that “it was just a vase”.
The former All That actress was held overnight at a police precinct. She was charged with attempted tampering with evidence and unlawful possession of marijuana, all misdemeanors.
