Or you could just pay a visit to Amy’s Baking Company, the restaurant featured on one of the latest episodes of Kitchen Nightmares where Gorden Ramsey goes in and helps and different restaurant everya week at a time revive businesses that are going wrong.
Samy and Amy Bouzaglo however are so difficult, even connoisseur of the great Gordon Ramsey cannot revamp their restaurant because they cannot see that they are wrong!
From the beginning, their business is clearly run as a joke, customers constantly making the same complaints about food and Amy simply retaliating by saying they do not know good food as opposed to finding out what was wrong with it to improve. She cannot even take it when Ramsey himself is criticising her food… even though when they called him for help! The couple openly swear at their customers and it is made evident that they cannot take criticism if it were to save their lives. They are constantly convincing themselves that everything they are doing in their business is the right way when it is clear to any outsider it is not.
A lot of shocking truths about the couple are revealed, they keep their staffs tips for themselves and resell cakes and desserts made elsewhere. In their restaurant- the customer is certainly not always right… the Bouzaglos are! Unsurprisingly this has sparked numerous reviews online rating the restaurant one star and discussing how ludicrous the management is. This has been the spark of an online meltdown with a ridiculous level of animosity on the Bouzaglos behalf. Amy even compares reselling food bought elsewhere as their own as Walmart selling electronics and toys made by other companies.
Over 100 Kitchen Nightmares and this is the first one Ramsey has simply walked away from because they were that far gone. Unable to take any kind of criticism or advice that is not their own it was simply impossible for Ramsey to even give them a piece of mind as they simply blame everyone but themselves.
