Thread-woven hair is officially an It thing now and it’s freakin’ cool! After a popular salon in London started offering hair tapestry service beginning last year, the trend instantly kicked off on Instagram and is now going viral.
Using tapestry loom in bright and fun colours, the thread is woven through a chunk of hair, creating intricate and creative patterns you can show off. Instead of a typical flower crown or an obnoxious headdress, hair tapestry is a fresh new alternative.
We don’t know if hairstylists in the Klang Valley offer this service, but you can always try your hands at it with some colourful thread, needle and a small tapestry loom.
