On the 22nd of September 2011, Kiehl’s celebrated its 160th year with friends, celebrities, and Kiehl’s fans at the brand’s flagship store in Pavilion, Kuala Lumpur.
Since 1851, they have been the purveyor of fine quality skin and hair care, and they’ve come a long way since then. What used to be a small apothecary is now the magic that is the “Kiehl’s experience”, providing its patrons with individual care on top of high quality products.
At the brand’s birthday celebration, guests were taken through a personal tour at the heritage timeline and were reintroduced to the heart of Kiehl’s. Delighted to serve fellow Kiehl’s lovers and skincare enthusiasts, the Kiehl’s Customer Representatives (KCRs) were then brought to the flagship store where they were each given personalized consultations and beauty tips.
It was a golden opportunity for honoured guests to celebrate, catch up with old friends, and renew their “Kiehl’s experience” – armed with goodie bags and yummy birthday cupcakes! Evidently, even 160 years later, the brand still retained every bit of its magic.
