It features prominent MERCEDES AMG PETRONAS Formula One driver, Nico Rosberg, as well as Korean actress cum model Claudia (Soo Hyun) Kim. The brand emphasises its focus on those who live the life of a “Global Citizen”. TUMI’s Chief Executive Officer and President, Jerome Griffith, explains on the concept, “As a (TUMI) Global Citizen, cultures merge, boundaries are blurred and home is anywhere you choose to roam.” Meeting at the international country of Barcelona, the two new ambassadors of the campaign add their thoughts on what a life of travel as taught them.
Nico Rosberg is no stranger to travel, and states that in one year he could have up to twenty races around the world. Claudia Kim is a rising star in the entertainment industry, whose first claim to fame was when she won a modelling contest in 2005. Since, she has had international exposure as the leading actress in the Netflix series Marco Polo, and a part in Avengers: Age of Ultron. As she describes the many influences she’s gathered from her past travels, she elaborates on the lifestyle of a Global Citizen. “I believe a true Global Citizen means you have the willingness and openness to step outside of your own boundaries, and I’m honoured to represent that with TUMI.”
