Meet Lauren Platt. She is 17 years old and has one of the best voice you will ever have the pleasure of hearing. She had the internet buzzing recently with her laid back and very soulful rendition of Pharrell’s “Happy” on ITV’s The X-Factor.
Even Pharrell has good things to say about the young singer, saying to X-Factor presenter Dermot O’Leary, “I liked it. She did her way and that’s what the song is about.”
