Le Marché de Noël returns this year at Carcosa Seri Negara on December 4th (Thursday) 2014! You can do all your Christmas shopping right there at the bazaar, while indulging in yummy French delicacies which are also going to be on sale at the event. By doing so, you’re also doing your part in helping Malaysian children in need during the holiday season.
There will be more than 50 stalls selling hand-crafted products, ranging from accessories, hand-sewn items to quirky Christmas gift items. Feast on fresh croissants, French wine and cheeses, brioches and other gourmet foods, accompanied by traditional French Christmas songs playing during the bazaar.
At night, a Christmas Charity Party will be hosted and a French dégustation menu complete with aperitif dinatoire will be featured.
Le Marché de Noël is a French-style Christmas bazaar and Christmas Charity Party organised by a group of French women residing in Malaysia. It hopes to bring healing and joy to the children in need by contributing towards their medical care or by granting them their Christmas wishes.
The proceeds will go to fulfilling the wishes of children suffering from life-threatening medical conditions and those in need of financial aid for surgery. This year, the charity event aims to raise RM130,000 for Make-A-Wish Malaysia and A Heart for A-Heart Programme by Gleneagles Kuala Lumpur.
