Tiffany flew out to California thinking it was to visit her long-distance boyfriend of over three years and she also thought she would be attending a military event for Levy’s father. She was of course, very, very wrong.
Completely unknown to her, Levy had planned the sweetest proposal you will ever see. We are not kidding when we say that. The sweetest part about the proposal was not that it took 17 months to plan but the fact that he included some of her best friends to come and join. He even flew them out.
