Meet the guy who realized the existing flaw in the process of proposing to someone. 26-year-old designer Andrew Zo decided that traditionally bulky ring box needed a facelift. After coming to the conclusion that all ring boxes look and feel the same, he came up with an innovative design that could redefine what proposing to the person you love would be like.
“The friends that I had interviewed told me that it is a very nerve-wracking experience trying to hide a very bulky box in the pocket,” he told BuzzFeed.
The case Zo designed is unique in that it’s flat, small enough to fit in a wallet, with a pop-up mechanism that hides the ring.
