The 35-year-old star Kate Hudson dared to bare her sexy bum by wearing a thong bikini during a vacation with her family in Ibiza, Spain on Sunday. She paired her leopard-print suit with a beaded necklace, a belly chain and a cuff bracelet.
How does the mother of two maintain her fit figure?
Hudson’s been doing Pilates since age 19. “I think that was the foundation for everything that I have done,” she said.
“I like Pilates because it kind of strengthens from the inside out. It’s very specific and I feel the strongest when I’m doing it because it really centers on your core.”
If she can’t get a full workout done, Hudson will sometimes play music and “jump around” for 20 minutes. “I don’t feel good if I’m not moving my body and circulating things,” she mentioned.
“We know that when we start moving our body, it brings more dopamine and serotonin to our brains. It awakens your system,” she explained. “So I try to stay motivated to be active.”
Hudson continued to tan her toned tush in Ibiza on Monday.
