This year, the brains behind Givenchy turn loose powder into an ultra-modern must-have that is essential for luminous, velvety, smooth skin.
Designed for all women and their multitude of various skin tones, this products helps the skin strive for a bare-skin effect as well as achieve a radiant and perfect glow throughout the day.
With only one shade, this product fuses together with all skin tones – it is a superfine, universal and comfortable powder, applied to bare or primed skin for a completely sheer result.
This powder, Poudre Première is presented in an utterly glam, chic Couture case and features a white microfibre powder puff which is soft and delicate. The powder can also be applied very easily with a brush.
The Poudre Première is a brand new successor to a cult product from the House of Givenchy since 2006, the Prisme Libre. Encapsulated behind a mesh screen, this powder combines four shades to create buildable harmonies, in nude tones to provide luminous and glowing skin.
The powder is perfected, where the pigments become more lightweight, refreshing and softening complexion to perfection. The secret to its formulation is that the pigments are treated with atomisation technology, hence, they are of equal size and glide on evenly for an ultra-natural peachy-soft skin effect.
These harmonies are inspired by Haute Couture fabrics, from muslin to organza – Mousseline Pastel No. 1: Sugar-coated colours which correct and reduce imperfections for a very natural opaline effect; Taffetas Beige No. 2: A cocktail of beiges, apricot and yellow, which delivers a healthy glow in just one stroke of a brush; Voile Rosé No. 7: Sensuality and voluptuousness in a mingling of pinks and mother-of-pearl.
To apply, unscrew the lid, turn the case over while holding the powder puff against the screen, shake and then apply the powder to the skin in circular motions.
