Technology has gone a long way in the world to bring couples in love together – from online dating sites/apps, to Bluetooth-enabled vibrators – technology will always have something to offer in the world of love, sex and romance.
For women who are sick of dudes who fool your heart for a one night stand, a modern-day chastity belt has been invented, and it comes in the form of a bra.
The True Love Tester is a “revolutionary new bra that shows how women truly feel”, before inviting a guy to her place for an adult sleepover that’ll end up in guilt!
“Women always seek true love,” says a voice in the ad. “I believe this bra will become a friend to women around the world.”
The True Love Tester bra comes from an intimates line called Ravijour, and it comes with a built-in sensor that keeps track of your heart rate. It then sends that information into a special app on your smartphone with a detailed analysis. If your heart rate speeds from being turned on by this person, it’s gonna burst open, and you’re looking at a good 20 seconds of intense motor-boating.
In a NSFW ad for the bizarre product, a “human sexuality expert” explains that “when women fall in love they experience an instant boost in excitement. That feeling is unlike another other excitement we encounter in life.”
While the inventors seem to have our best interests at heart, the True Love Tester sounds like it can be quite frustrating. What’s even more frustrating is that it’s only being road-tested on a select few couples in Japan, and it is also not for sale.
