Apple cider vinegar is a miracle solution for weakened cuticles. Not only can reverse the signs of damage on your hair, but it can do wonders on your nails too! If you currently suffer from weak nails or constantly exposed to bacteria in your hands, you may want to try apple cider vinegar. Here’s why they’re good for your nails.

It Strengthens Your Nails
Do you nails crack and break halfway when you’re trying to grow them long? If they do, your nails are probably missing out on its essential minerals, causing it to grow weak and thin. Consuming a glass of water mixed with a tablespoon of raw organic apple cider vinegar can improve the strength of your nails. Other than date, you can also just soak it in the same solution everyday for 3 minutes and even you cuticles will grow healthily.

It Makes a Great Remedy for Nail Fungus
Nail fungus can be digesting, and sometimes it’s happens not because of a dirty sock or shoe. They’re gross and at times they can get painful. But if creams and sprays can’t help, then apple cider vinegar will come to the rescue. With patience and persistent treatment, your nail fungus can be eliminated quite swiftly, but avoid sugary beverages to fully allow the apple cider vinegar to work.

It Helps Them Grow Faster
So, you went overboard with your nail filing, or you got into the habit of biting your nails. If you want to get rid of that awkward nail shape that’s too short to modify, then go with an apple cider vinegar soak to make your nails grow faster. You can also choose to consume a glass of water with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar orally. It’ll kill two birds with one stone – make your nails healthy, and cleanse your digestive system too!

It’s an All-in-One Solution for DIY Manicures
When you’re doing a manicure at home, it’s tricky to disinfect, shape and buff your nails, especially when you’re doing it at home. A good filing and shaping session requires nails soaked in water, but when you infuse your water with apple cider vinegar, not only does it soften your nails, but it disinfects as well. It makes the cuticles easier to remove too, and it softens the nails without weakening the keratin.
