Acne breakout, ulcer and bad breath are what we faced when too much toxins accumulated in our body. As most of us are health-conscious people, we often follow a detox diet every once in a while to flush out the toxins from our body and shed off some pounds. Detox diet include a set of exercise and a balance portion of fruits and vegetable as well other low-calorie nutritious food that helps to eliminate the toxins. But eating clean and exercise are definitely not enough as some detoxifying drinks can help to make our body healthier as well. Hence, here are seven healthy drinks with natural cleansing properties you should include in every meal.

1. Banana milkshake

At only 82kcal, a 100g of banana milkshake can help the body to expel toxins. Banana is packed full of potassium along with low-fat yogurt that contains yeast.

Green tea is rich in antioxidants that contain catechins and these catechins helps to speed up the body’s metabolism and improve gastrointestinal motility. 100g of green tea usually contains only 30 calories and they are known to increase liver function.

3. Grapefruit juice

Grapefruit is a citrus fruit which is rich in antioxidants and fiber. The fiber can effectively improve the digestive system and helps to remove the toxins from our body.  A 100g grapefruit juice contains only 33 kcal.

4. Mung been soup

Mung bean itself can helps to quench the thirst and it contains cellulose that helps to detoxify the body. 100mg of mung bean soup usually contains only 23kcal.

5. Pumpkin soup

Pumpkin is rich in cellulose that helps to remove the the toxins from our body. A 100g of pumpkin couple usually contain only 35 calories.

6. Grain soymilk

The grain milk protein, isoflavones, glycosides body to stimulate the cells in the body burning, rich cellulose allows toxins from the body. 100g soy milk’s calories are only 20 calories.
