Instead of having fancy cake or adorable cupcakes for Google Play’s 1st birthday, Google Play decided to celebrate its birthday with bunch of great deals which includes giveaways to its users!
“It was just a year ago today that we launched this amazing shop on the interwebs to offer the best in digital content,” the Google Play Team wrote on its site. “Since the best parties are the ones that send you home with a present, today we celebrate our birthday with a festive goodie bag full of gifts.”
The deals that Google Play has offered to the Android users include deals on travel, gift cards, games, movies, books, magazines, music and TV shows. Game developers also joined in the fun with a special birthday surprise into the titles including a limited-edition Monster Pet Shop Droid habitat and new Clouds & Sheep elements like fireworks, a slot machine, and cakes. However, luck just don’t fall out from the sky as these deals only come in a limited time.
