Looks like there is some bad news for the Little Monsters – Lady Gaga has canceled the remaining dates for her ‘Born This Way Ball Tour’ and will be getting hip surgery in the time being.
On Wednesday (February 13), the Born This Way Ball Tour has officially come to an end since she has injured herself pretty badly. Apparently the stage hurt herself during on of her performances but tried to ignore it – and it’s gotten the best of her. She’s set in for a major hip surgery.
The announcement was officially posted on her official site saying, “Live Nation Global Touring has confirmed that the remainder of the Lady Gaga Born This Way Ball performances have been cancelled. After additional tests this morning to review the severity of the issue, it has been determined that Lady Gaga has a labral tear of the right hip caused by strenuous repetitive movements in her performances. She will need surgery to repair the problem, followed by strict down time to recover. This unfortunately, will force her to cancel the tour, so she can heal.”
It sucks for the Little Monsters who were excited to catch her life – but at the end of the day, we just hope Lady Gaga recovers swiftly!
