Best known for her role as Queen Elizabeth in “Queen”, Helen Mirren was recently honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Her outstanding acting has earned her several prestigious awards including the recent Academy Award as well four BAFTAs, three Golden Globes, and two Cannes Film Festival Best Actress Awards.
The actress wore a knee-length blue dress and matching jacket during the ceremony which was held in Los Angeles on Thursday (January 3). She was joined alongside with screenwriter David Marnet, director Jon Turteltaub, and her husband Taylor Hackford, who was there to witness her grand moment of receiving the star.
