Today the worlds older person passes away at the age of 115.
Dina Manfredini was named the worlds oldest person just two weeks ago. She lives in died on Monday morning in the retirement home that she lived in. According to her granddaughter, Dina was suffering from a fever, which is said to be her cause of death.
The Guinness World Records confirmed that Dina Manfredini inherited the title of worlds oldest living person which was previously held by someone named Besse Cooper at the age of 116.
According to Dina’s granddaughter, she was a woman who worked hard and she has been active her whole life. She also told the press that Dina looked very young for her age. Dina has had four children, seven grandchildren and more than a dozen great-grandchildren. For a living, she cleaned houses until she was 90 and then lived independently until she was 110 years old.
According to Guinness World Records, Dina Manfredini was born on April 4, 1897, in Italy and she moved to the United States in 1920 and settled in Des Moines with her husband.
