Summer is all about colours and the funkier it gets, the merrier. Have you ever imagined of this? Yourself walking to a dinner party dressed in a shiny velvet black dress with heels and your hair pinned up with eyes looking like an Arabian princess? Well today Lipstiq would like to show you how to get that extremely gorgeous Arabian peacock eyes which you have always wanted.

Before you start, please do test the shades of colours which you would like to use on your hand first to see if it matches your skin. If it doesn’t, then try different shades before purchasing them.

You may need to use this tip (http://bit.ly/Kd1cuA) as explained before to create that perfect shape when applying your eyeshadow and eyeliner to create that Arabian look.

Step No:

One

Apply some eye primer on your eyelids. If you do not have it, then you can use some liquid foundation or concealer as well. This is to ensure that your eye shadow looks bright and last all day long.

Two

Using a thin brush, pick out a lime green eyeshadow and apply it to the inner tip of your eyes.

Three

Choose a soft turquoise eyeshadow and  apply it on your eyelids using a medium sized brush.Start from the centre and move towards the sides. Apply it evenly on both sides and allow it to blend in well with the lime green. Do not overdo it when it comes to the inner part as you wouldn’t want it to overshadow the lime green.

Four

Since the turquoise and the lime green belongs to the blue family, select a bluish purple for this step. Use a thin brush and apply this eyeshadow on the upper part of eyelids. Start from the outer tip of your eyes and move inwardly so that the colour will slowly fade off as it reaches the inner tip. Also do not forget to connect the purple to the lower part of your eyes and to the sides to create that arch.

Five

Select a light pink eye shadow and dab it in between the gap of your eyelid and eyebrow. Ensure that it is very light but visible just to give it that complete look.

Six

Now repeat the second to fourth step for the lower part of your eyes. Lime green at the inner tip, turquoise at the centre and purple at the outer tip.

Seven

Once that has been done, use your gel eyeliner and create that Cleopatra look as explained in the previous article. Draw the upper and lower part of your eyes and you are done! Try this a few times at home before you attend the actual event. Practice makes perfect.
