The Kardashians are NO stranger to plastic surgery. As a matter of fact, the Kar-Jenners are among Hollywood celebs who have undergone the most dramatic physical transformations thanks to cosmetic procedures. And Kylie is absolutely no exception.
No matter how big of a fan of hers you may be, you just gotta admit that Kylie Billionaire Jenner has gone through some “drastic” changes both with her body as well as her facial features. But for today, let’s focus on her face – cause this bish basically looks like she was reborn with a new one. Now, the internet has been speculating for years and making assumptions about the the possible surgeries and procedures Kylie may have gotten done to her face.
The reason these theories are only considered theories is because Kylie has never come clean or admitted to having undergone plastic surgery at all. But of course, with the help of doctors and surgeons who reviewed her before and after images, it’s been determined that KJ has had stuff done fo’ sho’!
Kylie Jenner grew up in the eyes of the world. She was part of the hit reality TV series Keeping Up With The Kardashians and she actually made her TV debut at the age of 9. All was well until Miss Kylie hit the age of 17 – and all of a sudden, she looked like a completely different person. And fans have noticed that over the years, Kylie’s facial features continued to change – almost as if her whole face was retouched.
So, here are all the changes Kylie Jenner has made to her face, according to the pros.
1. Lips
I think it’s only fair that we start off with the elephant in the room – Kylie’s lips. To be honest, Kylie’s lips bought her an entire career. Just like Kim’s sex tapes. Kylie, till the year 2015, had never admitted to messing with her lips. But gurl, how dumb do you think we are? We may not have your money, but we sure can tell the difference between your lips before and after.
In an old interview, Kylie said that her huge lips are simply a product of overlining them with more than one lip-pencil. But with the pressure of the internet and her fans all up in her business, Kylie admitted in 2015 to having gotten lip-fillers injected at the tender age of 17. But then again, she “confessed”, that throughout her life, the lips were the only features that she ever had retouched.
Which doesn’t make sense, of course. If you pull up a picture of Kylie before and compare it to her recent pictures, you can most certainly tell that lip-fillers aren’t the only thing she’s gotten.
2. Lip Lift
Now, Kylie has never admitted to having a lip lift, but expert plastic surgeons out there have revealed that Kylie’s lips does look lifted. A lip lift procedure is when the surgeon cuts a little bit of skin between the top lip and the nose – to raise the height of the top lip and then sew it back together. This makes the top lip sit a lot higher, and large amount of fillers would not be able to sag the lips downwards.
A tell-tale sign that reveals that a person has gotten a lip lift is that you’d be able to see a little bit of the inside of the top lip peeking on the outside. Which in most of Kylie’s photos, you can definitely see.
3. Hair Line Surgery
Typically, when one speaks about hair line surgery, the most common thing that people tend to do is forehead reduction surgery. But in Kylie’s case, it was the opposite. Miss Kylie Jenner most probably got her hair line raised.
When you pull up an old picture of Kylie, you can see that Kylie had a rather small forehead and her hairline was lower and more natural. But the Kylie of now has a relatively bigger forehead, and her hair line is visibly pushed back. This can be possible with laser hair removal. Each time you get laser hair removal done, you are actually killing the hair follicles and over time, your hair doesn’t grow back.
And when this is done to your forehead, your hairline can be raised, which makes your forehead appear bigger.
4. Nose Job
Out of everything Kylie has done to her face, her nose is the feature she’s had the least work done on. A very subtle nose reshaping is what Kylie had. In her earlier pictures, Kylie is seen with a small but thick nose bridge and a larger nose tip, much like her sister, Kendall’s.
But if you make a side by side comparison now, you can most definitely tell that Kylie’s nose is delicately and subtly refined. Her nose tip is higher and the bridge of her nose appears to be slimmer.
5. Jaw Reconstructive Surgery
The biggest mystery yet is Kylie’s jaw line. One of the most obvious face transformations Kylie has had – in my non-expert opinion – is to her jaw line. Jaw surgery, also known medically as orthognathic, is the reconstruction of the jaw line and jaw bone for a smoother face shape.
As you can see in the picture above, Kylie Jenner’s original face shape is more angular – she had a sharp and pointy chin, her lips were set higher on her face and her jaw line was really strong. Take a look at the side by side comparison below:
There’s not one similarity to her before and after. Her lips are set much lower on her face now and that may be due to dental work to soften her jaw line. Another possible explanation is that her jaw and chin were reshaped downwards. Since her chin was previously rather pointy, she may also have had fillers in her chin to soften it and make her face appear longer and more defined.
6. Eye Surgery
Apart from her lips, a very visible change can be seen in her eyes. If you are an OG Kylie fan, you know Kylie had big, brown eyes that were hooded. This was how her eyelids looked prior to surgery:

Experts who have examined Kylie’s eyes have stated that she might have had a brow lift and an eye lift. Her eyebrows are situated a lot higher now than they were when she was a lil younger.
Her eye shape has also completely changed. Her round eyes are now more cat-like. This may be a result of the “foxy eye lift”. This procedure basically involves having the surgeon make a little cut on the temple or near the hair line, raise the skin beside the eyes and sew the ends together. So now you have a more sharp and cat-like eye shape.
