Ingredients:
- 4 cups Greek-style yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons matcha green tea powder
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Blend yoghurt, matcha powder, honey, and vanilla essence till it’s a smooth mixture.
- Transfer mixture to a standard-size pan, preferably ceramic.
- Cover and chill in the freezer for 2 hours until frozen, but still soft enough to scoop.
- To serve, you may drizzle your cup or glass with caramel sauce, scoop the yoghurt in and top it with a generous amount of whip cream, finished with a touch of caramel drizzle again.
- Voila, it’s ready.

Chunky Oreo Nibs Frozen Yogurt

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Greek-style yoghurt
- 4 cups sliced and frozen bananas
- 6 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cup Oreo cookies, crushed
Instructions;
- Blend yoghurt, bananas, honey and vanilla essence all together in a food processor or blender.
- Pulse until the mixture becomes thick and creamy.
- Transfer mixture to a standard-size pan, preferably ceramic.
- Then, crush the Oreo cookies using your hand into small chunks.
- Sprinkle the crushed cookies over the blended mixture.
- Cover and chill in the freezer for 2 hours until frozen, but still soft enough to scoop.
- Voila, it’s ready!

Strawberry Cheesecake Frozen Yogurt

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Greek-style yoghurt
- 3/4 cup cream cheese
- 4 cups frozen strawberries
- 6 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 4 whole graham crackers, crushed
Instructions:
- Blend yoghurt, cream cheese, strawberries, honey and vanilla essence, till it’s a smooth mixture.
- Pulse until crumbly, then continue to blend until the mixture becomes thick and creamy.
- Transfer mixture to a standard-size pan, preferably ceramic.
- Crush the graham crackers in a bag, not too fine or chunky.
- Fold in the graham crackers into the mixture slowly.
- Cover and chill in the freezer for 2 hours until frozen, but still soft enough to scoop.
- Voila. it’s ready!
