Potterheads, rejoice! Not everyone is fortunate enough to be able to pay a visit to The Wizarding World Of Harry Potter™ at Universal Studios Hollywood and Japan, but for a limited time only, you can now experience the same supernatural magic closer to home in Singapore.
Available at the Changi Airport until mid-February next year, A Wizarding World Holiday at Changi is part of the airport’s Christmas festivities and it is one of the first Harry Potter-themed events held outside the Universal Studios theme parks. Evidently, there’s a whole lot to look forward to.
Four life-size set-ups – Hogsmeade Village, Diagon Alley, Whomping Willow of Hogwarts and Magizoologist Newt Scamander’s Menagerie – were erected based on prime locations featured in the Harry Potter and Fantastic Beast films, aside from a myriad of activities happening all around.
Eager fans will be able to try on wizard robes, give “spell-casting” a try, and also toss Quaffle balls made popular by the fictional sport of Quidditch in the Harry Potter universe. Those interested can also get their hands on official Harry Potter memorabilia including tote bags, luggage tags, scarves, plushies, stationery and more.
Perfect time to book that flight ticket to Singapore!
