TIME unveiled its 30 Most Influential Teens of 2017 list earlier today, including various big names in music, social media and film like Khalid, Shawn Mendes, Kaia Gerber, Yara Shahidi and Bretman Rock.
The youngest person on the list is 13-year-old Stranger Things actress Millie Bobby Brown.
TIME outlines that each teen was chosen based on “accolades across numerous fields, global impact through social media and overall ability to drive news.” Mendes, 19, was also named No. 1 on Billboard’s 21 Under 21 2017 in September.
Other young musicians honored by TIME include Khalid, Jaden Smith and Willow Smith. Khalid is coming off winning the MTV Video Music Award for Best New Artist and opening on tour for Lorde (who has previously been named to this list).
