It happened, someone has invented a hairy belly waist pouch — The Dadbag — and we’re not sure how to feel about this interesting design.
The Dadbag straps on to give you a hairy beer gut, as well as a place to store your keys and change. So you don’t need to suck in that flabby tummy anymore, because now you can finally display it proudly sticking out of your shirt. (Move over, regular fanny packs.)
This year, with Hollywood royalties such as Kendall Jenner and Jared Leto spotted donning the iconic man purse around Tinseltown, we’re certain that fanny packs are making a big comeback since they stopped being fashionable back in 1990s.
Household brands like Chanel and even Forever 21 came up with game-changing modern designs that had us going, “Ooooh, das actually nice.”
Surprisingly though, despite all the new, trendy designs available on the market, it seems like The Dadbag is totally proud of its uncool appearance.
One question: Why?
London art director Albert Pukies who created the big fat hairy deal of a man purse (which is called a ‘bum bag’ in his country) revealed, “I made the Dadbag because I’m desperate to have a dad bod but I’m also very concerned about the health risks associated with it.”
The bag comes in six different styles, with varying skin colours, hairiness and size levels. Sadly, none of the bags are available yet, but those longing for a faux dad-gut can go to the site and sign up to be notified if or when it’s produced.
Albert Pukies is also considering launching a Kickstarter campaign to get things moving since he’s received so much interest from manufacturers.
