Puma has taken a future forward step with its new sneakers, unveiled in the arrival of Ignite Netfit, Ignite Limitless Netfit and the Tsugi Netfit earlier this week. Both styles are equipped with the brand’s new Netfit technology — a unique lacing system that offers infinite performance and styling options.
Remember how some of us used to love showing off our shoe lacing skillz in high school? Well you can finally relieve your favourite teenage past with these kicks.
The Ignite Netfit boasts Puma’s proprietary PU foam with a brand-new chevron design, combined with Molded EVA sockliner for ultimate comfort on every run. Puma has developed five different lacing options to get you started — Standard lacing, Stability lacing, Wide Foot lacing, Narrow Foot lacing, and Heel Support lacing — but the possibilities to lace are endless.
Next up we have the Puma Ignite Limitless Netfit which is inspired by the idea of tailored performance and features exaggerated proportions that are bold yet sleek with special interest paid to a clean use of textures and details: bonded edges, matte and shine play, collar height, and large, bold branding. The addition of the Ignite foam provides optimal responsiveness and energy return.
On top of that, the Tsugi Netfit is Puma’s latest silhouette which translates to ‘Next’ in Japanese. The Tsugi incarnates the fusion of modernity, technology and traditions, bringing a new wave of aesthetic to progressive streetwear. It features a unique lacing concept for a progressive look and extra comfortable fit.
Puma Ignite Netfit (RM699) will release globally on its official website and selected Puma retailers beginning on July 1st which will then be followed up by the PUMA Tsugi Netfit (RM499) and the Limitless Netfit (RM699) on August.
