As we bounce into second half of the year, Botanica+Co unveils two new offerings — the much anticipated ‘Weekend Roast’, as well as their first ever ‘Botanica French Fries (BFF) Week’ — available from July to September on the first weekend of every month.
Commencing the first roast on 8th & 9th July, the Weekend Roast menu (which is bound to excite meat lovers), presents five traditional roasts bearing the restaurant’s brand of wholesomeness including the Baby Chicken Roast, Roast of BBQ Lamb Rack, Herb-Crusted Leg of Lamb, Slow-Roasted Beef Rump, and Smoked Ribeye Roast.
Featuring two different selections each month, diners are invited to take delight in the different selections of culinary comforts at the helm of Chef Sam Neoh, Botanica’s Head Chef. Be it for a meal before hitting the town, or a long Sunday lazy brunch, a hearty roast at Botanica is the perfect way to welcome the weekend.
On top of that, BFF Week presents Fries in all sort of shapes and sizes, an homage to the world’s most loved snack in celebration of the International French Fries Day on July 13th.
From 8th to 16th July, every day is Fry-day as the menu will be available every evening from 5pm onwards at Botanica Deli. The menu includes two categories of fries, regular fries and Chef’s Fries (RM11 – RM17). The Chef’s Fries is Botanica’s spin on the loaded fries, with accented aromatic flavours such as Kimchi, Mushroom, Chilli, as well as Chilli & Cheese.
An array of sauces and spice blends will be prepared to complement the French fries, proving a great canvas for experimentation with flavours. Pique the taste buds with unique blends of sauces such as Miso & Sesame, Chipotle Citrus, and Ginger & Garlic or opt for classics such as the Spicy Hot and the Smoky BBQ.
