The ’90s sci-fi film Flatliners starring Julia Roberts and Kiefer Sutherland is getting a reboot and for the 2017 film, it’s Ellen Page‘s turn at the self-induced heart-stopping situation.
In the trailer, curious medical students engage in flatlining, to stop their hearts for a minute so they die and come back to life. The objective? To experience life after death. As much fun as it gets, things get real and people stop being kind.
Page, joined by Nina Dobrev, Diego Luna, James Norton, and the returning Sutherland, will star in the 2017 Flatliners, slated to drop in cinemas this September 2017.
