Victoria’s Secret’s most loyal supermodel, 35-year-old Adriana Lima who has walked in 16 of the luxury lingerie brand’s fashion shows since 1995, has recently announced that she will continue her role as a VS angel until she’s 40-years-old.
The proud model feels honoured to be a part of VS’ fashion shows. She describes the fashion show to be different from everything we’ve seen. It’s like a dream, literally. It’s really a performance of musicians, models, dancers, with each characters being played like a little story.
“I remember watching the fashion show when I started modeling and it’s every girl’s, every model’s dream to be part of it. All the biggest super models have been part of the show and I never thought I’d be part of it,” the model disclosed of her VS experience.
“To still be here after 16 years, I cannot explain how happy I am right now. There are no words.” Looks like it won’t end any time soon. The mother of two said that age won’t stop her. “For my part, I would do everything to be here until 40. Yes I do, and I will!”
